Based on a 10 exercise workout: sure to shred your entire body. This is strength training, focusing on building your endurance and power. Use the trapeze, kettlebells + body weight exercises.

Barre sculpt is a Barre class made for that ‘Barre Burn’. The Barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength.

NINJA WARRIORS ATHLETICA
Channel your inner monkey with skills and challenges on monkey bars, trapeze and obstacles.
Taking spin to the next level, we introduce choreography, weights, killer tracks and promise to burn those calories. 45 minutes of cardio burn.
Tribal yoga, high energy, consisting of deep stretching and cardio dance pulsations. Think… if Shakira choreographed a yoga class.

She’s Strong classes have a special twist this week – with the weather getting tougher our classes are a little tougher too.
