With the Silly Season in full swing, your calendar is filling up with office parties, christmas dinners, extended lunches and late night outs. This is just a little reminder to make time for ourselves (and our livers) during this busy month, particularly if you’re lacking the zzzz’s.
For one full week, we will be focusing on everything Zen to help detox the mind and the body, from free meditation workshops to free massages and free yoga sessions.
Our talented Yoga instructor Tess Williams has been leading some of our Fitness Playground Yoga classes for over a year and she knows how to get you leaving her class feeling refreshed and balanced.
