  • Multiple years’ experience coaching children between the ages of 18 months - 3 years. Developing skills and motor control through sport.
My Training style
  • Progressive overload through weight training with a focus on form whilst developing correct movement patterns.
My fitness philosophy
  • Creating positive lifestyle changes through exercise and nutrition all while having fun with it along the way!
My Favourite Workout
  • My favourite style of workouts are giant sets in a GBC style. For example:
  • 10 reps, 4 sets, 2-minute break after each superset:
  • A1 Barbell Back Squat
  • A2 Barbell Incline Bench Press
  • A3 Barbell Deadlifts
  • A4 Barbell Military Press
  • A5 Wide Grip Pull Ups
  • A6 Hanging Leg Raises
