My Training style
My training style is based around functional movements in accordance to strength and conditioning. I assess all my client’s abilities, aligning their body mechanics and ensuring that they have mastered the foundations before adding load to increase their strength.
My fitness philosophy
I want all my clients to gather a better understanding of health & fitness in a holistic way. I want to share my knowledge to help them live a happier, fitter, stronger life so that they can train smarter with a less chance of being injured.
My Favourite Workout
The ones that really challenge you mentally.
"Discipline is doing what needs to be done, even if you don’t want to do it."
"Becky is a motivating and enthusiastic trainer. She has developed a tailored training program for my goals covering both the personal training sessions and a plan for individual training and nutrition. She is extremely flexible to changes in my work schedule and changes to personal training session timings. She creates interesting, varied and challenging workouts and I have seen an improvement in a relatively short period of time that will help me achieve my specific goals and work towards other aspects of my fitness."
"I like how Becky is easy going, patient, and listens to everything I have to say. Becky understands and make me feel (and stay) motivated. I've never felt so comfortable with a trainer before. She’s a hard trainer but considers my fitness levels. She’s also brutally honest, which is what every trainer should be. She’s the best!"
