My Training style
My training style is based around weight training. The more lean muscle mass you have the more calories you burn at rest. Weight training can be tailored to help anyone reach any goal. And of course, it’s impossible to out train a bad diet, so nutrition is the key to success.

"I started using Ben as my PT after signing up for a free taster session not long after I joined his gym. I quickly found him to be a friendly, happy, highly committed and highly motivated Personal Trainer. He took time to discuss my goals and ambitions (mainly to lose weight after a year out from the gym) and design a work out plan that helped me reach my goals. We did this using a combination of weight/strength training and HIIT sessions. Each session was varied, hard work and fun!
