My Training style
I have a go hard or go home approach to training my clients. I like to be able to push my clients to their limits with a specific focus on correct technique and form.
Don’t come to me if you’re not prepared to give 100%.
Lots of glue and core strength work!
My fitness philosophy
I believe in balance, everyone should enjoy exercise and the benefits of being healthy. But I also don’t want it to feel like a chore! I don’t expect people to be smashing gym 7 days a week or sticking to a chicken and broccoli diet, it won’t stick and for most people isn’t sustainable! Finding a good balance is important all while enjoying the benefits of steady progressions.
My Favourite Workout
I love a good Glute workout paired with some core, but give me a good HIIT/circuit sweat session any day!
