Currently finishing Cert 3 in Fitness (followed by Cert 4)
I have been Rock Climbing competitively since I was 10 years old
I have won multiple National Championships
Competed in two World Youth Climbing Championships
I have also competed multiple times on Australian Ninja Warrior as well as American Ninja Warrior USA vs the World
My Training style
My training style consists primarily around bodyweight and calisthenics style workouts. This involves a lot of core and upper body development without neglecting the lower body, enhancing body control and explosive power. It is all training for highly functional style movement.
My fitness philosophy
Train smarter not harder.
Basically I have the opposite mentality of “where is my rest muscle and how do I train it?” I believe that the most effective way to reach your fitness goals is through efficiency in training. This means many things such as ensuring your body is able to recover properly and build strength more efficiently through getting enough rest and ensuring the right nutrients. As well as agonist/antagonist training and fixing any imbalances in the body.
This is particularly relevant now days with people who don’t have a large abundance of free time and can’t afford to spend hours a day in the gym, but who still want to see the same results.
My Favourite Workout
Core for sure! The core is in my opinion the most important and under developed area of the body. So I will always incorporate it into my personal workouts.
