  • One of the reasons I love coaching is being able to show people what they can really achieve, and that it doesn’t have to be as hard or feel as out of reach as what they might think. It’s about starting with specific goals important to you, and having the right direction and guidance to ensure the plan is maintainable and realistic to implement.  
My Favourite Workout
  • There are so many effective training systems out there, but at the end of the day for me, it comes down to bang for buck - any workout that optimises your time, desired result, and one that you enjoy doing.
