  • Totally tailored to the client, whether that is a focus on athleticism for a chosen sport or activity, strength training, conditioning or slapping on lean, dense muscle.
  • I also have an extensive background in rehabilitation and pre-habilitation.
  • I'm a no BS coach, I use systems that work; not the ones trending on social media.
My fitness philosophy
  • You can't paint any one person with the same brush as the last. It never works. The human body is incredibly complicated, sensitive and unique. So, each person's health and wellbeing must be treated as such.
My Favourite Workout
  • All of them. Give me a challenge and I will eat it up. Push me to my physical and mental limit and I will thank you for it later.
