My fitness philosophy
  • I love to explore movement. Over the years I’ve ventured down the powerlifting path to break down the finer details of the deadlift, squat and bench press, while also learning to handstand, backflip and I even ran a marathon (never again). I encourage everyone to find what they enjoy and consistently progress to a level far beyond what they think they’re capable.
