My Favourite Workout
  • My favourite workout is the “no more chicken legs”. As a very tall trainer (6’4) I know how hard to train our limbs, especially our legs and I always push my limits and fight for those hyperthrophy.
  • Squat 4*10, hack squat 4*10, walking lunges 3*20, leg curl 3*12 & romanian deadlift 3*12, standing single legs calf raises 4*20-20, seated calf raises 3*20
