My Training style
  • I’m a big believer in training to be as well rounded as possible. If you’re training with me, we’re not just training to get stronger, but also to be a more coordinated, agile, balanced and functional human-being.
My fitness philosophy
  • I think if you’re not excited about your training, it’s because you haven’t yet found your ideal training style. Movement and exercise shouldn’t be approached with an “I have to work out” mentality, but an “I get to work out mentality”. Every workout is a chance to appreciate what your body is capable of and an opportunity to better yourself.
My Favourite Workout
  • Anything calisthenics or plyometrics based.
