My Training style
  • Is to always asses, then release the tight muscles followed by activating the week muscles then add movement to fully integrate the whole system. My programs are always very simple yet very effective by using big compound exercises like squats, dead lifts, lunges and full body weight.

  • Decide to make the change then apply yourself for 3 months to create new healthier habits that will bring about positive change to your lifestyle.
