Completing massage therapy & sports therapy qualifications which gave me a better anatomical understanding of how the body worked to further better the work with my clientele.
Working with Lift The Bar, a personal trainer education company, built to raise the bar of trainers providing evidence based knowledge and a community of trainers. Coached by UK's industry leaders such as Alan Aragon (Nutrition), Brett Contreas (The Glute Guy), James Krieger & Brad Scoenfield (The Max Muscle Plan), Eric Helms (3DMJ) & Mike Isratael (Programming)
Applying my knowledge learnt from Eric Helms to compete in Men’s Physique Bodybuilding.
My Training style
I know have a very mixed modal approach to training applying my knowledge learnt over the years incorporating mobility, strength work and conditioning to have a well-rounded athletic physique.
My fitness philosophy
My philosophy of fitness has been from one extreme to another and now I focus and preach to my clients to make fitness a part of their lives which improves their day to day wellbeing so they live a life of longevity.
My Favourite Workout
1.5 x body weight deadlifts descending reps 10-1
Followed by 0.5 x body weight dumbbell press same style
With a sled push in between rounds, then
Similarly pull ups 10-1 followed by parameter press ups 20-0 descending in 2 reps a time with a 20 cal air bike in between again descending 20-0
It’s an intense full body routine which will leave no stone unturned.
