My Training style
  • Variety is key, however my favourite training style is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
  • I specialise in Weight Loss and find HITT to be very effective.

  • It is important to enjoy your training; If you enjoy something, you will continue to do it.
  • Find a style that works with your body type and stick with it.
  • There is no better satisfaction as a trainer than seeing your clients achieve what they have set out for.
