My Training style
I identify movement dysfunction by observing fundamental movement patterns and creating the most holistic approach to functional training by improving mobility, motor control, core and gluteus activation and be able to apply those gains to compound functional exercises like Deadlifts, Squats, Lunges, Push Ups, Carries and Holds.
My fitness philosophy
I like to provide a balance approach by placing quality over quantity, first move well, then move often.
My Favourite Workout
I like to see the human body as a whole, so any workout that includes mobility, core and gluteus activation drills, blending those gains into full body compound functional exercises and finishing my training with some high intensity cardio.
