My Training style
My favourite training style is power-bodybuilding. It focuses on the deadlift, squat and bench press, followed byfundamental bodybuilding exercises. I also enjoy functional HIIT because it gets you results in minimal time.
My fitness philosophy
There's more to fitness than being ridiculously good looking. It's about feeling good on both the inside and out. This can be achieved by making a conscious effort to invest in your health and maintain a balanced lifestyle. Take the first step and never be afraid of the challenges that lie ahead.
