My Training style
  • I love strength training, namely the big 3 (SBD) with a strong emphasis on technique. I want people to find out what their bodies are capable of.
My fitness philosophy
  • My training philosophy isn’t very sexy, I want to find you an exercise routine that you could realistically complete for the rest of your life! No rapid, unsustainable fat loss, no 12 week challenges, just training that you love and will stick to long term.
