My Training style
Empowering people through strength training. Hard & fast workouts that leave people on the floor with a feeling of pride & accomplishment after achieving what they believed they couldn't.
I love functional training & conditioning sessions are my super power.
I also love how hypertrophy creates strong humans quickly.
I aim to provide a varied and unique training plan to ensure clients never feel bored with their program... What doesn’t challenge you doesn't change you.
My fitness philosophy
Fitness isn’t meant to be boring, have fun, push yourself. Don’t give up. Trust that your body is more capable than what you think. You will only ever regret the workout you didn’t do so just stop thinking about why you cant and get moving.
To encourage & help build confidence, self esteem & self worth through acknowledging what the body is capable of not what it looks like.
My Favourite Workout
My favourite movement would have to be power cleans & jerks
I really love short sharp intense group workouts but also when the mood dictates just give me a long ass list of things to slog through and I’ll get it done
45 mins on stair master is my idea of Hades! Why even?!
Anything with a mix of weightlifting & HIIT
EMOM styles get me through the things I don’t like
Keeping it simple. Something like: 3 Rounds of 45 second hand stand hold then 50 double under skips or 21-15-9 Deadlifts & Burpees over the bar
