My Training style
Empowering people through strength training. Hard & fast workouts that leave people on the floor with a feel of pride & accomplishment after achieving what they believed they could not.
My fitness philosophy
Fitness isn’t meant to be boring, have fun, push yourself. Don’t give up. Trust that your body is more capable then what you think. You will only ever regret the workout you didn’t do so just stop thinking about why you cant and get moving.
My Favourite Workout
Anything with a mix of weightlifting & HIIT
EMOM styles get me through the things I don’t like
Keeping it simple. Something like: 3 Rounds of 45 second hand stand hold then 50 double under skips or 21-15-9 Deadlifts & Burpees over the bar.
