  • I like to keep my workouts fun, fresh and varied. Not only does this keep your body guessing, you’ll stay motivated and focused whilst having fun.
  • I combine whole body movements focusing on core and glutes with a range of Functional and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – all of which aims to strip body fat and get you lean.
