  • Strength and conditioning training with short recovery periods, great for increasing the level of growth hormones, improving muscular endurance & increasing the metabolism!
  • I like to mix it up with some bodyweight workouts, mobility training & flexibility

  • Find the "why" you want to work out, give it a purpose, always challenge yourself and listen to your body!
My Favourite Workout
  • Any workout that includes compound movements followed by plyometric, think; deadlifts, jump squats, pull ups... and ending with a strong finisher!
