My Training style
  • All of my training is based around foundations of strength and conditioning. I put a heavy emphasis on improving structural balance and movement to ensure that my clients stay injury free and have a great foundation before moving towards increase strength in major lifts.
My fitness philosophy
  • To always be moving forward and progressing in some aspect of training. Whether that be doing more weights, more reps, more sessions or just improving a movement.
My Favourite Workout
  • High bar back squat – 10 sets of 2 reps.
