My Training style
Depends on where you’re at, and where you want to go!! Personally I enjoy strength training. Squats and deadlifts have changed my body and made me strong like never before! Throw in some accessory moves with a short burst of cardio interval training to wrap it up. YES!!!

I believe in building a healthy, enjoyable and sustainable lifestyle that works for you the individual. There is no one size fits all solution - it needs to be attractive and practical for you.
Have a vision for how you want to live and know WHY. It’s got to be important to you if you’re going to work for it.
Understand what behaviours and habits are going to get you there and build them over time – big goals require ticking off lots of little ones. Determination and will power is awesome but the habits (automatic) will keep you there. When the gym is just a thing you do automatically, fitness gets easier. Do you have to think to breathe? No, you just do it. That’s what we want for your exercise.
