My Training style
  • My focus is on functional movement and lifting weight. Deadlifts, squats and lunges are just the beginning - just wait until we add clean and snatch. When it comes to cardio, for me nothing beats boxing.
My fitness philosophy
  • Always challenge yourself! Trying different sports is one way of doing this. Just jump right in and let your body experience it. It's not the results, but the preparation that makes you grow.

  • You can't just change 12 reps to 20, but thanks for the push. I needed it!
