My Training style
  • I really enjoy lifting heavy weights and functional training. I find it challenging, improves my strength, boosts my metabolism and sculpts your body making you look and feel amazing.
My fitness philosophy
  • Exercising is not always meant to be easy and enjoyable at times, however for you to get results, you need to put in the hard work. Having balanced diet and a combination of flexibility, strength training and high intensity interval training 4-5 days per week will get you the results you deserve.
