My Training style
Keep it simple. Combination of weights and cardio style circuits. Weight training is the key to that tight body. With the simple tools and the right guidance, you can burn the excess fat, put on muscle, feel strong or even improve your cardiovascular fitness. You will be healthier, stronger and even pain free.
My fitness philosophy
Prioritize and mentally make the change and the body will follow. Set mini goals and chase them. Look at it like a life journey. It will take time but stick with it, be consistent and patient and you will get there. I promise. Don’t over complicate it.
My Favourite Workout
"Start every change with a commitment then follow with the conditioning. Mentally make that change, prioritize it and commit. Then all we need to do is condition it. :)
