My fitness philosophy
In its many and glorious forms, movement is one of the main components of human health. Better movers make for healthier, more robust and more useful people. My purpose is to help people realise their potential via movement, nutrition and the mind-body connection. I seek to help clients advance from where they are to beyond where they think they can go – safely and progressively.
Consistency is the key but creativity and variety make training something you want to do. I draw from a wide variety of disciplines and give you the best of what I’ve learnt.
My Favourite Workout
My favourite workout is one where I know my athlete has become functionally stronger, more skilful, more capable or any combination thereof. That being said, I really enjoy training and teaching ground-based movement flows, gymnastics strength drills and Olympic lifting.
