  • My fitness philosophy is that fitness is more than just physical its more mental. If you can master the mental side of coming in on the days you train and work your butt off and giving one hundred and ten percent you will reach your goals.
  • Fitness will not only enhance your physical fitness in life it will enhance your everyday life and make you a better person.
