My Training style
I adore anything bodyweight, anything wilth a little competition in it and anything I can turn into a fun playdate with the body. I also like jumping , climbing, punching things and balancing on things.
My fitness philosophy
Our body finds joy in movement, so it Is our duty to find that movement and repeat it till our body sings out with joy and excitement!
I truly believe our ideal body comes from finding and repeating movements our body enjoy the most. That’s’ a clear indicator of the exercise you need to be doing for your body type.
Nb. That doesn’t include sitting on the couch.
My Favourite Workout
My favouite /worst workout I call “TO HELL AND BACK”
ASSAULT BIKE 50 CAL, rest for as long as it takes you to get the 50CAL
40cal .. .rest for time it took to get to 40 CAL
repeat for 30, 20,10 ..then back up to , 20, 30, 40 , 50 ..you can see where it gets it’s name from

"Samantha is a truly wonderful trainer. I have been a regular at the gym for over 20 years and am a keen runner but recently due to chronic shoulder injury have been unable to participate in many of the classes I loved so much. She places a high value on correct form and has suggested exercises that are challenging, but not more than my shoulder can handle. As fit as a tigress and as smart as a whip, she seems to be blessed with an extra ability to empathise with her clients and to see what they need when they may not even see it – or even believe it when first told – themselves. No two sessions with her are ever the same. She has the skill to bring out the best in anyone, and to push them onwards to achieve something worth achieving. She sees it all holistically, and this is really evident in the way that she directs routines so precisely to suit the individual’s complex needs, in the whole wide range from fitness to lifestyle. I’ve been training with her once or twice a week for a couple of years now. I may ache after a gym session, and I’m not a ballerina or a gazelle but she still makes me stand on my toes, and I can’t run to save my life but we’re still going round the block – and I’m happy to be doing it all, and feeling great about it then and even better afterwards, and definitely coming back for more. I can wholeheartedly recommend Sammy as a gifted trainer and encourager, though she is much more than this. I reckon myself very lucky to have found her."
