  • Each person’s needs and goals are different. I have a functional approach to my sessions, often incorporating High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and compound movements, focusing on targeting various muscle groups simultaneously.
My fitness philosophy
  • It is not about lifting the heaviest weights, or running the longest distance, it is about operating functionally in the outside world. Being consistent, continually challenging yourself and developing a healthy lifestyle is what makes YOU happy, inside and out!
