My Training style
  • I follow a holistic system, whereby I look to balance the bodies weak points, rather that applying a standardised approach.
  • Less is more when it comes to training.
My fitness philosophy
  • Every person has a different set of goals, genetics and lifestyle. My belief is that everyones training and nutrition should reflect those differences. There is no perfect program!
  • Resistance training and cardio comes second to rest and nutrition. You can only put hard effort into your workouts if your lifestyle is balanced.
