  • Currently in 2nd year for Bachelor of Health (Sport & Exercise Science)
My Training style
  • Medium to High-Intensity, I love to incorporate a range of compound movements, for both upper and lower body, to assist in building strength and muscle, as well as reducing body fat through interval training.
My fitness philosophy
  • If you work for it, you will earn it. It doesn’t come straight away, it’s about educating yourself on training and nutrition, then building the healthy eating habits, and finally working your butt off towards that goal!
My Favourite Workout
  • A good sled session, whether it be sled pulls or pushes, loading that sled up with weight and repeating 8 + laps (10 metres each way).
