My fitness philosophy
- My goal is to help people feel comfortable and confident in their own body – how it looks, feels, and functions.
- I believe the key is creating diversified training sessions that cater to the individual clients goals and abilities, whilst making it fun and challenging.
- HIIT and Plyometrics provide the foundations to my training style, as it gets people moving and training smarter, whilst Strength Training is used for posture, balance and biomechanic improvement.
