My Training style
My training style is a combination of functional, powerlifting, & body building style training techniques to achieve my clients desired goals.
I love changing my clients lives by turning exercise from a chore into a hobby that they enjoy making a part of their lifestyle.
My fitness philosophy
Being healthy isn’t just what you eat or how you train, but how you feel.
I believe in taking a holistic approach to strength and conditioning so my clients don’t just reach their physical goals, but also their goals outside of the gym. Being able to attain confidence & strength in the mind is magical, and after all.. the body achieves what the mind believes.
My Favourite Workout
My favourite workout is a heavy strength component followed by a high intensity EMOM or AMRAP. e.g. a 5 x 5 on deadlifts followed by a 16 minute EMOM.
